So I'm back! The weather is finally starting to turn to favor for this weekend and while the trails are still unrideable I should get some quality road riding in. To give a weekly update.
Monday: 1hr E2, on the Trainer
Tuesday: 1hr, Form Sprints on the Trainer watching Downward Spirl Fight Club
Wednesday: 1hr, 40min, night road ride, E2. This was Alyssa's first time ever on a night road ride and she picked a "great" night to try it out. An hour into the ride it started to snow, and just get worse and worse. It was a long cold ride back.
Thursday: rest day
Friday: 1hr 45min, Tempo pace ride. Short after work ride into the dark. Nice temperatures today, can't complain.
and for this weekend:
Saturday: Skiing in the AM, and a 4hr Endurance Ride in the afternoon
Sunday: Skiing in the AM and a 3hr Hilly Endurance Ride
My training plan is still all fouled up from the snow storms last week so I don't really have a set hourly goal but I'll finish the week with around 11hrs.
