So I missed getting a post up here earlier in the week, so I will give you a bit of a midweek update. I'm actually thinking of changing the format of how I'm handeling this blog. I think instead of two weekly updates I might just do a shorter daily update. Since I'm doing this more for myself than anyone it might help me keep track of things a bit better. For the two readers out there looking at this, how does this sound? Rather than cloging up your RSS reader with two really long posts a week it'll be 1 short one each day? Hmmmm, might be bad ;)
Anyways, this week started off kind of bad. I was still upset with missing my hour mark by so much last week and have become super burnt out on any trainer rides. Something I know I'll need to get over. Even with this though I still managed to get on the trainer for an hour on Monday. Tuesday was the normal visit to the personal trainer. I had planned on riding the trainer afterwards, but I was still too burnt out on the idea of riding indoors.
Thankfully my week turned around on Wednesday with another great night road ride with some of my cycle works peeps. We managed to tick off 2hrs and about 27.5 miles, at and E2 Base Pace. I kept the good things going and did it again tonight, doing 2hrs and 28 miles, starting things off with s4 form sprints, and going into a E2 ride.
Wednesday's Ride
Thursday's Ride
As for the rest of the week, things are up in the air. We have the impending doom of a major snow storm. I'm still thinking it's going to be less than 9". Anyways, I'm going to try to get a long ride in tomorrow during the beginning of the storm. Hopefully about 4 hrs on the mountain bike. Saturday I'll take advantage of the pow and go skiing if I can make it up to the mountain and Sunday hopefully a little combo of skiing and 2hrs or so on the bike bringing my weekly total to 11hrs.

Daily updates are fine, though do you think you might burn yourself out with posting? Perhaps every other day or so, enough to keep yourself monitored and not to much so it feels like a big burden?
Good work keeping on the workouts, I'm sure it will get easier as the days get longer and spring approaches.
